A Network Traffic Assessment will help answer three fundamental questions about your network traffic.
- How much traffic is traveling over the network?
- What kind of traffic is entering and exiting the network?
- Who is sending and receiving the traffic?
The resulting analysis will help Network Administrators evaluate network performance and Security Officers will see a view of any malicious activity. Executives will also gain reassurance that expensive network connections are utilized in a productive responsible manner.
Some of the features of a Network Traffic Assessment are outlined below.
- Detect the presence of malicious traffic such as Trojans or Worms
- Detect the presence of potential Spyware or Adware
- Monitor for unwanted streaming traffic such as Internet radio or movies
- Monitor and report on performance of switches, hubs, firewalls and routers
Final Reporting
The Project will provide the Client with the final report containing the following:
- Technical Executive Summary
- Data captures from analysis tools
- Observations and Recommendations
